Adaptive Armor is supplied to organisations. If your company has deployed it, your own IT or security team administers it and is usually the fastest route to an answer — they can see your device in the console and change its configuration.

These details let us answer a first message rather than ask for them:
I cannot sign in. Sign-in goes through your organisation's identity provider. If it rejects you, your administrator can confirm your account is active and permitted to use the client.
I am connected but cannot reach an internal system. The client carries only the network ranges your administrators have published to it. If something is missing, they can add it.
The app says my access was refused. An administrator can revoke a device's access from the console. Contact them to have it restored.
What the client collects is described in our privacy policy.
